What’s going on with all these stressful events? Almost all of us are being pushed, and hard, in several ways at once—facing financial problems, health issues, difficult relationships, changing laws, shifting job descriptions, altering company policies, and hundreds of other possible challenges.
What We Have Control Of
Even though it appears like we are losing control of absolutely everything, the one thing we DO have control over is our mindset. We could waste this precious time trying to stay in the 3rd dimension mindset—afraid of change, scared of the future, worried sick, get angry at the behavior of ourselves or others, and essentially make this a horrifying experience for ourselves—or we could move upward!
Apparently, many of us need something drastic to move us to the 4th dimension mindset full-time.
Here’s the Difference in the 3rd & 4th Dimension Mindsets…
1 REASON FOR THE EVENTS
In the 3rd Dimension Mindset
The 3rd dimension mindset tends to think stressful events happen all the time and are something we just need to live with. The problem is that when we “normalize” them, we tend to believe they happen to frustrate us and that they have no value, especially if they are not directly related to us.
In the 4th Dimension Mindset
The 4th dimension mindset tends to think stressful events happen for a reason, and have tremendous value, if we want to pay attention to them.
The purpose of stress is to pressure us to change in some way.
2 SECURITY
In the 3rd Dimension Mindset
The 3rd dimension mindset tries to find security in items outside of themselves. Sometimes in materialistic items such as in having more money, and in having guns. Sometimes in relying on others such as spouses, political leaders, or doctors. They even try to take their anxiety away by using things outside of themselves, such as overeating, taking pills, drinking alcohol, smoking, or impulse buying.
They are counting on someone or something outside of themselves to feel better and to save them from harm.
In the 4th Dimension Mindset
The 4th dimension mindset may use materialistic items and listen to others, but people in this mindset put a lot MORE faith within, using their inner guide or intuition to feel safe.
3 EMOTIONS
In the 3rd Dimension Mindset
When stressful events occur, the 3rd dimension mindset can easily get buried in negative emotions, such as being fearful, angry, sad, and feeling hurt. They cast blame for their emotions on something that happened in the past or that is happening now or what someone did or is doing now.
Also, they believe the thoughts they are thinking now have nothing to do with causing their emotions. It’s always someone, some group, or something else causing their pain and heartache.
In the 4th Dimension Mindset
The 4th dimension mindset knows the way they think has everything to do with their emotions. Feeling content, at peace, hopeful, inspired, grateful, and forgiving all begins with their own thoughts.
4 REVENGE
In the 3rd Dimension Mindset
Because the 3rd dimension mindset depends on someone or something outside of themselves, they tend to think they are innocent and victims. So, when stressful events occur, this can easily escalate into wanting to take action and do something to get retribution.
In the 4th Dimension Mindset
The 4th dimension mindset tends to take responsibility for their perspectives, attitudes, thoughts, and emotions. If they feel negative emotions with stressful events, they know they can change their mindset and the negative consequences they might experience will begin to change or fade away.
5 ILLNESS AND INJURY
In the 3rd Dimension Mindset
The 3rd dimension is all about NOT taking responsibility for their thoughts, which is a problem if they want to stay physically healthy. Here’s why.
At the core of all illness and injury is internalized anger.
Anger festers in the cells of our physical body and blocks our intuitive insights.
Anger can cause us to drive erratically or be blindsided by another driver. Anger causes us to ignore our intuition or inner guidance that is telling us not to walk down that path, not to over-exercise, not to hire a certain doctor, not to avoid downtime, or not to hunker down during a hurricane.
In the 4th Dimension Mindset
The 4th dimension mindset knows that their thoughts and attitudes have an enormous impact on their immune system, organs, bones, muscles, blood vessels, and whether any medicine or medical procedure will be effective. They can sense if outside help is even needed in the healing process.
The Problem
If we decide to try to stay in the 3rd dimension mindset, we’ll probably get an even harder push to move up to the 4th.
