If you are a beginner, one of the easiest techniques to start paying attention to your intuition or inner voice is to notice how your body reacts to YES or NO questions.
Some Signs in Your Physical Body Might Include…
1 Getting GOOSE BUMPS is usually a YES answer.
2 Having a BLOCKED FEELING or a blockage in your body such as a lump in your throat is usually a NO answer.
3 Noticing a feeling of DISCOMFORT or mild hurt is usually a NO answer.
4 Getting a GUT FEELING or a pit in our stomach is usually a NO answer.
5 Feeling CHILLS or a tingling rush of energy up the spine or arms is usually a YES answer.
6 Having the HAIR STAND straight up on your arm is usually a YES answer.
7 Becoming RELAXED or having a feeling of lightness is usually a YES answer.
8 Experiencing a STIFF or a heavy feeling is usually a NO answer.
9 Having an EXPANDED HEART center that is more open is usually a YES answer.
10 Feeling a COMPRESSED HEART center that is more closed is usually a NO answer.
You may experience different physical signs than these ten that have different meanings to you. I had a coaching client who got an instant headache everytime she ignored following her intuition. Another client would hyperventilate when she wasn’t following her heart.
The key is to start paying attention to the physical signs your body is giving you. Once you notice them, you can start relying on them.
