DISTURBING MEMORIES
Do events and situations still secretly haunt you? Do you have regrets for things you said or didn’t say, things you did or didn’t do, or even beliefs you thought you believed? Maybe what still bothers you is those times you thought you were mistreated? Perhaps you spend time wanting to go back and rectify what happened.
Then there are the events and situations that your loved ones experienced. Those things that seemed to have worked against them. You know, when they were innocently hurt and punished in some way—a victim.
JUDGING
All the events and situations that still get “under our skin” when we think about them are only the result of our judgmental thinking. Yes, those times we feel regretful, sad, angry, guilty, or that essentially give us an unpleasant feeling about what happened are things we haven’t been willing to change our perception of.
HINDSIGHT
Instead of taking things at face value and letting it continue to scar us, we could ask a Higher Source, or God, to see that event or situation differently, even though it has often been years, if not decades, since it happened. With all things that cause an unpleasant feeling, it’s because we’re not aware of the whole picture—how each individual involved would eventually benefit because it happened that way.
ASK
NOTE: This works even if some of the individuals have already passed away.
1 Higher source or God transform this _________(event, or situation) to love in my mind or anyone else associated with it.
or
2 Higher source or God transform this _________(event, or situation) to love in ______ (individual or group), my mind, and anyone else associated with it.
OBSERVE IT
Watch the event or situation soften or change in your and your loved ones’ minds. It may even fade away, so it’s hardly memorable.
