We all have mind chatter to some degree. You know what I’m talking about—that endless barrage of thoughts that race through your mind, like an inner monologue.
Here’s the Differences in Our Inner Monologue in Each Dimension….
3rd Dimension Mind Chatter
When we are in the 3rd Dimension, we pay very little attention to our mind chatter— in fact, we, may not be aware of it at all. When we are aware of our inner monologue, we strongly believe we have no control over it, what-so-ever. Almost all of our attention is placed on what’s happening around us and to us.
Our Mind Chatter Has a Tendency to Consist of…
- Our to-do lists
- Rehashing of past events and what should have happened
- Disagreeing with what’s going on
- Creation of catastrophic scenarios
4th Dimension Mind Chatter
When we are in the 4th Dimension, we realize that our mind chatter plays an important part in our lives—both in what happens to us, and our experience of it. Almost all of our attention is placed on taking control of our inner monologue.
Our Mind Chatter Has a Tendency to Consist of…
- Mantras
- Goal setting whether, thinking about getting more of something, or making something better
- Creative ideas
- Questions with the desire to learn, understand, or experience
5th Dimension Mind Chatter
When we are in the 5th Dimension, we start to clear out our mind chatter and develop a quieter mind. Our point of focus is on listening for inner guidance and cultivating an observing mind.
Our Mind Chatter Has a Tendency to Consist of…
- Extending love to ourselves, others, and everything else
- Being grateful
- Acceptance of everyone and everything
If your mind chatter is mostly in the 3rd dimension, notice how you feel. Does it make you feel better or worse to think about those things? If it makes you feel worse, it’s time to start taking control of your inner monologue.
And if you find your mind chatter is mostly in the 4th dimension, again notice how you feel. Does it make you feel better or worse? Are you getting bored with it? Maybe it’s time to start listening full-time and let God or the Higher Power take over your inner monologue.
