Part of my Road to Real is working on my appearance. In 7 months, I have had a heck of a time losing any substantial weight or inches. I’ve been on a few different diets, consulted doctors and experts, hired a physical trainer, attended yoga, and have adjusted and readjusted my hormone medications.
Here’s what fascinates me. People tell me all the time that I look better. You’ve done something different, they say. But the only thing I have done that might be getting results is positive affirmations.
That really makes me wonder. Is changing our thoughts all we need to do to look better? Is it that simple?
