We’re under more stress than ever before. Just turn on the news or pay attention to what everyone is talking about. It’s easy to get worried, feel confused, lost and afraid. It’s hard to know what direction to go in. So now it’s more important than ever to rely on your inner guidance or intuition.

An Easy Explanation of Intuition
As a life coach, I often share this simple analogy about intuition with my clients:
We are all going up the mountain. We can either take the bumpy, rough, winding road, full of obstacles or the smooth, straight road, with pleasant surroundings.
Have you ever said to yourself, “I knew that, I just didn’t listen?” Or felt a feeling in your stomach, a sick feeling, that seemed to be telling you, No! That’s gut instinct or intuition. We all learn whether it’s the hard way or the easy way. Listening and trusting your intuition is the easy way.
Tuning into your intuition can provide clear guidance in a confusing, scary time. Listening and following through on your intuition can take the fear out of any situation. As a life coach, I’ve seen miracles and I’ve been inspired by clients who have overcome horrific life challenges by tapping into their intuition.
