INTRODUCTION
Hi! I’m Vickie Champion. I am a business and life coach who helps people listen to their “intuition.”

This is one of the videos in a series called “Is this your Intuition?” One of my assistants will describe a common scenario and then ask you if the person used their intuition or not? Then I’ll tell you my answer and explain “why” I came to that conclusion.

A COMMON SCENARIO-RETURNING PHONE CALLS
Karen was really dreading returning a phone call from a friend of hers. Even though she was getting an uneasiness in her stomach and it was knotting up, she went ahead and made the call. Her justification was, “I’m afraid she’ll keep trying to call me until I talk to her.” The outcome was not good. Her friend was very cold and short. Karen got off the phone upset and proceeded to spend the next couple of hours worried about what she had done to cause that kind of response and if she needed to apologize. Was Karen using her intuition or gut instincts?

VICKIE'S ANSWER AND EXPLANATION
Probably not.

Here’s why…

1 Getting knots or an uneasy stomach is a sign. An uncomfortable feeling can be a way our intuition tells us it’s a “NO” or a “WAIT” answer.

2 Before taking action, ask yourself “why.” If your answer starts with “I’m afraid…. this will happen or that will happen, it’s better to wait until you can get rid of the fear. I’m real good with helping people get rid of their fear, so just contact me if you need help.
