British Gas hired me to teach a class based on Robert Cialdini’s book: Influence (fifth edition). What a gift! Dr. Cialdini is a professor at Arizona State University. There are six components of influence and we can develop the skills! The book has study questions and critical thinking exercises. Most salespeople and entrepreneurs get stuck in just one way to influence their prospects. This book has stretched me and also has equipped me to better serve my coaching clients! Connie, The last book that inspired me is “Drive” by Daniel Pink. It explains what motivates us and how we need to change our minds to thrive in the future.
