Believe it or not there are conditions that actually activate our intuition and make it easier to hear intuitive answers.
Are you ready to awaken your intuition, gut instincts, or inner voice? Here are 9 ways:
1 Taking a Shower –
There’s something about warm water beating on your body that releases those intuitive insights.
2 Commuting –
Whether we travel by plane, train or automobile, the commute often gives enough quiet, reflective time to recognize intuitive answers.
3 Brainstorming –
When we bounce ideas around with other people and allow ourselves to open to new possibilities our intuition slips in perfect ideas.
4 Practicing Yoga –
Yoga slows us down and switches our mindset into a non-reactionary mode, which allows our intuition to surface.
5 Playing or Listening to Music –
Music calms our nerves, changes our mood and gives us amazing “aha” moments.
6 Getting Physical –
Any form of physical activity can connect us with our intuition, especially:
- Repetitive exercise, like running or riding a bike.
- Being in nature, like gardening or hiking.
7 Decluttering –
Clearing out your physical space also helps clear out your head space, leaving room for those intuitive ideas.
8 Praying –
Whenever we ask, we will receive. Intuition is another definition for God’s voice.
9 Sitting in Silence and Doing Nothing –
Whether it’s staring out the window or sitting on the front porch listening to the birds, somehow it allows our intuition to awaken.
